At Gallina Management, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:
In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. offices will be suspending face to face services, and as such our office lobbies will be closed to the public, effective Monday 3/23/20. However, we are still here for our residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email.
SHOWINGS AND TOURS
Beginning on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 tours of the amenity center and models will resume with some restrictions. Please call, email or stop in today to schedule your tour of our community and your new apartment home.
All non-essential maintenance is suspended.
Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
